Shipping & DOA (Dead on Arrival) FAQs

📦 How do you ship the plants?

We ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight and weather conditions. All plants are securely packaged with moisture and insulation to keep them healthy during transit.

⏱ When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We avoid shipping on Fridays or before holidays to prevent delays in transit.

🌱 What is your DOA policy?

We guarantee live arrival on all plants. If your plants arrive damaged or dead, contact us **within 2 hours** of delivery with clear photos of the unopened packaging and affected plants.

📷 What do I need for a DOA claim?

  • Photo of the outer package
  • Photo of the sealed plant bag
  • Photo of the plants themselves

We will either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.

❄️ What about cold/hot weather?

We monitor weather and may delay shipping if conditions are extreme. You may request heat packs during cold months (additional charge may apply).
